Lung Cancer recruiting studies and washout check

3,139 studies matched on ClinicalTrials.gov for the query below. Retrieved September 27, 2026. This page does not say who can enroll.

Query

Lung Cancer OR Lung Neoplasms OR Pulmonary Carcinoma

Names the matcher also recognizes: Lung Cancer, Lung Neoplasms, Pulmonary Carcinoma. Abbreviations shorter than five letters stay off the query so a string such as MS does not pull unrelated records. Status filter: recruiting or not yet recruiting. The same names are how a personalized search starts. Washout timing still needs the treatment end date you enter on the search form. Thiotepa Administration Via Ommaya Reservoir for Leptomeningeal Metastases in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Resistant to EGFR-TKI.

Not Yet Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-08-21

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the Thiotepa administration via Ommaya Reservoir works to treat non-small cell lung cancer with leptomeningeal metastases resistant to EGFR TKI. The main questions to answer are: Is Thiotepa administration via Ommaya Reservoir safe to inject? How effective is thiotepa via Ommaya Reservoir in intracranial-disease control? Participants will: Stage 1: Intrathecal injection of 10 mg thiotepa via Ommaya reservoir, twice every week, for 4 consecutive weeks; Stage 2: Intrathecal injection of 10 mg thiotepa via Ommaya reservoir, once every week, for 4 consecutive weeks; Stage 3: Intrathecal injection of 10 mg thiotepa via Ommaya reservoir, once a month, for 4 consecutive months; Before each intrathecal administration, a preliminary intrathecal injection of dexamethasone, 2.5 mg/dose, is given.

  2. NCT06563999

Neoadjuvant Umbrella Trial for Patients With Unresectable Stage III NSCLC Harboring Rare Mutations.

    Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-04-21

This umbrella trial directed by next generation sequencing (NGS) includes patients with treatment-naive unresectable stage III non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the umbrella study is to evaluate the efficacy of induction NGS-directed targeted therapies followed by surgery for stage III NSCLC patients whose tumor harbors a rare mutation.

  3. NCT07601048

A Trial of HRS-7058 in Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Who Have Failed Standard Treatment

Not Yet Recruiting · Phase 3 · registry updated 2026-05-22

The study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy, and safety of HRS-7058 in KRAS G12C-positive Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Who Have Failed Standard Treatment

  4. NCT07169617

Testing the SurVaxM Vaccine for Lung Cancer Prevention

Not Yet Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-08-26

This phase II trial tests how well a survivin peptide vaccine called SurVaxM works in preventing lung cancer in high risk patients. Upon administration, the SurVaxM vaccine activates the immune system to produce an immune cell response against cancer cells that express a protein called survivin. This may result in decreased tumor cell proliferation and lead to tumor cell death. SurVaxM is given with montanide, a substance that helps the immune system respond to the SurVaxM vaccine, followed by sargramostim, which is given to increase the number of white blood cells in the body. The SurVaxM vaccine may help the body make special proteins called antibodies, which may be helpful in preventing the development of lung cancer.

  5. NCT07096258

EMPATHY NSCLC: European Registry for Plasma-Based Molecular Profiling in Advanced NSCLC Patients

Recruiting · Not specified · registry updated 2025-07-31

The goal of this registry is to capture real-world data from plasma- and tissue-based molecular profiling, treatments, outcomes and patient-reported outcomes from patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The main objective of the study is to better understand the real-world clinical practice of the use and utility of molecular tumour profiling, the choice of treatment, and the outcome after such molecular profiling and treatment.

  6. NCT07130032

Efficacy And Safety Of Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 Antibodies In Combination With Bevacizumab And Metronomic Cyclophosphamide In Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer And Cutaneous Melanoma Previously Treated With Immune Checkpoint Blockade

    Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2025-08-19

This study will evaluate efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies combined with bevacizumab and metronomic cyclophosphamide in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and cutaneous melanoma previously treated with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). The hypotheses of this study are that a combination of ICB, cyclophosphamide, and bevacizumab prolongs progression-free survival and overall survival, and also increases rates of objective responses and disease control.

  7. NCT07486947

Unveiling Malnutrition and Metabolic Changes in Lung Cancer Patients: Setting the Basis for Precision Nutrition Models.

Recruiting · Not specified · registry updated 2026-03-23

Malnutrition is a major cause of morbidity in a large portion of the population, particularly among people with specific medical conditions-such as lung cancer patients-and vulnerable population groups, such as pregnant women and the elderly. Lung cancer represents one of the most significant health problems in today's society, with an incidence of 1.8 million cases per year (13% of all cancer cases) and an estimated mortality of 1.6 million deaths annually, making it the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. The aim of this study is to collect data from different lung cancer patients in order to establish a precision nutrition recommendation model. The model will be capable of comprehensively characterizing the nutritional and metabolic status of individuals with nutritional impairment and, therefore, provide personalized dietary solutions based on the unique characteristics of each individual. To date, the number of personalized nutritional approaches to address malnutrition is relatively small; they have only been applied in very specific cases and generally have not addressed nutritional deficiencies as a whole but rather individual deficiencies....

  8. NCT06780085

A Study of Investigational Agents in Participants With Previously Treated Stage IV Nonsquamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-3475-01H/KEYMAKER-U01)

    Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-08-25

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has been treated before. Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Nonsquamous means the cancer did not start in squamous cells, which are flat cells that line the inside of the lungs. Standard treatment (usual treatment) for NSCLC is surgery, then immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy after surgery. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. Chemotherapy is a medicine that works to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing. However, standard treatment may not work or may stop working for some people. Researchers want to know if 2 antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) can help treat metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC that did not respond (get smaller or go away) to treatment. An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancers cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. Researchers will compare 2 different ADCs (the study treatments) to chemotherapy in this study....
